Any well-known manufacturers will work just fine: Gigabyte, EVGA, Zotac, Asus etc

Do you have to have a graphics card right now? If not, wait for benchmark results of the RTX 2070, and save a bit more money, in the meantime. If you don't want to wait, or can't, you have the budget for a 1080ti, as the prices are dropping.
