Question Buying a new RAM

Hello friends ,

My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-Gaming B8.It has 4 * DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 64GB of system memory.It has support for DDR4 2400/2133Mhz memory modules.

Currently I have a single RAM of 8GB installed on my PC.My RAM is Corsair Value Select(Item model number - CMV8GX4M1A2400C16 ).

Now I am planning to buy another 8GB RAM.I choose this RAM, CORSAIR 8GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz(Item model number - CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R ).

I want to operate my existing RAM and the new one in Dual Channel Memory Configuration.Will both of them operate well together ? I am not interested in overclocking.

Their no answer when mixing memory that was not sold in a matched set as in 1 package of 2 sticks.

Might work, might not work, might be able to adjust some setting and make it work.
