Yeah, it's a really poorly balanced system.

The CPU is perfect for a high end gaming system. The CPU can be overclocked.
The motherboard is for a low end system. The motherboard CAN'T overclock CPUs.
The RAM is alright.
The GPU is also low end.
The storage "looks" good, but it's quite possible the HDD is a slow 5400RPM, and we don't know the "quality" of the SSD.


For $750 you could easily build a vastly superior system. It's REALLY easy to build a computer...
No, no they arent.
The build is decent.
Its not horribly priced, though it is running a low end H81 motherboard, a Z97 would be far favorable.
Quite a low wattage PSU.
Low end graphics card, an upgrade is desperately needed.

Overall, you should build your own system.
