Hi there. I wanna buy a new graphic card for gaming for my PC. My PC spec is:

CPU AMD PHENUM II X3 710 2.6GHz
RAM 2*2G GEIL 1066MHz DDR III CL 7
MB ASUS M7A78T-E
VGA GAINWARD 9500GT 1GB 128 Bit DDR II
HDD Seagate 1TB
PW GREEN 535W
MONITOR LGW1943S 18.5”
CASE GREEN MIDI6C28
DVD RW HP

I've search among graphic cards and I've reached to the Nvidia GTX 750 Ti OC.
Now my question is that will I get all this card's strength with my current system? In another world will I be able to use all the card's abilities when it is run on my system? Is this decision right?
Thanks

First of all that PSU is already a year or two old I think. It is hard to say if it will blow up or not and if it does will your other components be effected by it or not. With a old PSU like that you're always at a risk. And it is not just about watts when it comes to PSU's.
If you are ready to take some risk. Go ahead and buy that GPU. And then get a new good quality PSU as soon as possible.
And If you like to be safe then get a new PSU along with that GPU.

But the first answer tells that the cpu will bottleneck this card. Is this right? I really won't spend my money on the wrong choice.

Could you name some gpu dependent and cpu dependent games?

yeap, get 750 ti, it'll be fine for games. Your CPU is nothing to write home about but it's still OK.

Consider to upgrade monitor to 24' 1080p (around $120-150) after you get 750ti. That GPU will still be enough for 1080p gaming.

Like I wrote earlier, 750Ti would not pull the strings too much there. If you are playing single player campaigns most of the time, this card will do good with your CPU. Otherwise, I would not recommend any upgrade, better wait for some time, build your budget and upgrade the CPU/GPU.

I don't play online games. My favorites are:
NFS series
Mortal Kombat games
Resident Evil games
Battlefield games
Medal of Honor games
Injustice-Gods among Us
HAWX games
Ace Combat Horizon
Moto GP games

Yeah you as you guess I won't plan to upgrade my PC. I just wanna upgrade my GPU right on this platform and I want to get the best recommendation for this plan.Till now I've decided to buy 750Ti more than 50%

Hopefully, this %age will increase.

Well. Is my PSU (GREEN 535W) enough for 750Ti OC in the case of overclocking the GPU?

Is upgrading ram from 4GB 1066MHz DDR III to 8GB 1600MHz DDR III useful in playing games? Is that increases the frame rates? The motherboard supports but I'm afraid of low CPU strength to make bottleneck.

In terms of Watts, it surely does but can't say about its quality.

This the company's website (Look at OLD Series Table for specs):
http://green.ir/%D8%A7%D8%AE%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1/tabid/91/ArticleId/61/.aspx

and this is a shot of the power lable:
http://uploadboy.com/fotjck84odrq.html

according to this page:
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K10/AMD-Phenom%20II%20X3%20710%20-%20HDX710WFK3DGI%20%28HDX710WFGIBOX%29.html

the cpu supported memory: DDR2-1066, DDR3-1333
Do you think that is it possible to use 1600MHz DDR III ram module with this cpu? Cause 1333MHz ram modules are hard to find.

Will 750Ti OC be damaged if I use this PSU? If yes, how much sure you are ? Cause there are still some amount of watts remained (consumed power is about 325w now)
