recently switched CPU air cooling to a bigger one for better overclocking and cleaned graphics card with compressed air pressure.
first boot was good no issues, every thing worked faster and better
from second boot and on to this day there is a buzzing noise from earphones, at boot very silent one not really noticeable but the more power the graphic card uses the louder it gets
can't play any game because of the strength of the sound

searched online and did the following things:
switched from 24 bit audio to 16 and back to 24
updated sound card drivers
updated graphics card drivers
ran troubleshooter
switched headphones
and nothing solved it its been a week and it still continues
PLZ HELP

Are you plugged into the front or rear IO panel? If its the front make sure the connectors are all plugged in fully on the motherboards.

It could also be interference noise on the line from the new cooler. Buy a USB to headphone adapter (usually very cheap) and see if that fixes it.

its connected to the back panel ,the cooler isn't that close and the sound increases when graphic heavy game is loaded (when the graphics card uses about 125w its insanely loud ) so i don't think its because of the fan

everything was working fine i tried using the front it was barely working (my case is old af) i start to think its because of the graphic card dust removal using air pressure

Just tested usb headphones the sound is there too its for sure not a jack realated problem
