Hi i am wondering if i do some cable management on my pc, and disconnect some cables? Will it affect my pc since i already installed my os?

Solution
So long as you power off first & make sure everything is reconnected once you're done then fine mate.

I never do my cable management properly on builds until I know everything is working- its the sensible way.
The power cables you are looking to disconnect may lead to adverse effects on the PC. Do not play with the cables. However if you really need to do cable management you need to know exactly what function a particular cable is performing. If it has no function with the current OS or hardware there is no harm in disconnecting and removing them. Still you need to know exactly what cable is performing what function.

Yes and no. With power off and unplugged, non of the components will care if they are also unplugged, so rerouting cables isn't a problem. It'll only be a problem, if once you finish all the tidying up, you miss plugging something back in.

Some components, loosing connection to ground, may need to be found again (USB is good for this) but upon reboot, Windows will do this automatically and wont be a problem since all the necessary drivers are already installed in Windows, as you've not added anything new.

As long as everything is plugged back in, you'll be fine.

Well i just want to manage cables to let more airflow. Also i do know which cable is used for.

O so if i change sata ports i will just need to change the boot order.
