Question Cables from side panel ?

So I had a friend work on my computer and he unplugged these cords and I have no idea where to put them. Can anyone help out? I have a B650 Aorus Elite AX motherboard.

That looks like the power cable for your fan controller. The fan header connects to the motherboard. One connector attached to the power input connector on the controller itself. And the last is the SATA power connector to give it all juice from the PSU.

Thank you. I just have no idea where to plug them in on my motherboard and/or side panel

Does anything not work. It would be some fan doesn't spin or the RGB lights are out. depending on the machine there might be multiple ways to hook things up and they might not be needed.

My entire computer works including the RGB, only thing that doesn't work is the fan in the front that came with the case.
