Hi,
I've got a laptop (Lenovo y510p) with an 25GB SSD drive. its a cache SSD.
Ive installed windows on the main HDD and then installed Intel Rapid Storage app. here is a screen cap on my laptop:

As far as I know I should have a turbo option to boost the system using the SSD.
Ive ran a little search and what I found was that if I want to use it as cache it needs to be unallocated memory.
When I tried to delete the SSD to make it as such, The system prevented me from doing it saying it "System Reserved".
I checked for hidden files and found that the boot files are on the SSD:

How can I clean the disk without hurting the system boot?
Should I clean the disk through windows installation and then FIXBOOT?
I must mention I also have kali linux duel boot option.

thanks for the help

You are right.
I have downloaded and installed ExpressCache through Lenovo site.
one I run "eecmd.exe -info" in the "Cache Stats" I get the following:
C++:
Cache Stats
==================================================
Cache Volume Drive Number : 0
Total Read Count          : 65321
Total Read Size : 1.35 GB
Total Cache Read Count : 1634
Total Cache Read Size : 92.57 MB
Total Write Count         : 8378
Total Write Size : 199.38 MB
Total Cache Write Count : 1279
Total Cache Write Size : 89.29 MB

Cache Read Percent        : 6.68%
Cache Write Percent       : 44.79%

It lookis like it is active because the Read/Write percentage is not 0 but "Cache Volume Drive Number" says 0.

How can I be sure it is working?
