Yeah, it's Dagon. Or perhaps one of his minions (the fish-people), I
believe they're supposed to be 12 meters tall.

It's a 'Deep One', although rather larger than the examples from older
screenshots, which were humanoid-sized (perhaps 12ft-ish). So it could well
be Dagon himself. Hope there's a sexy half-squid priestess in the game!
