Can the micro SD 32GB 'C:' drive be updated to anything higher?

What do you mean by "updated"?

You can change formats but you cannot increase the capacity per se.

You can save more data to the chip via compression but the limit will remain at 32 GB.

At the cost of the processing effort/time to compress and un-compress the data.

I've noticed by running through the CMOS/BIOS it comes w/ 2GB's RAM (don't think that can be upgraded to say 4GB's because it's a 32 bit OS) but mainly the Micro SD 'C:\' drive is at 32GB's, like the 'D:\' drive is also a Micro SD 32GB card. I was just wondering if the C:\ drive internally can be upgraded to maybe even a 512GB? the C:\ drive is just over 10GB's free space, because of some updates, so 32GB's doesn't go to far, a few updates from MS and the C:\ drive is full...

No, you cannot increase the drive size in that.
It is an eMMC "drive', soldered directly to the motherboard.
It is not a standard removable drive.
"Store your files on the ample built-in 32GB flash memory"
