I have a small screen with camera image appearing in the bottom right corner of my monitor`s on my computer, and I can't remove it or interact with it. This screen isn't associated with any specific application, and I can't determine what's causing it to appear. I've closed all the applications that could potentially use the camera, restarted the computer, and checked the Task Manager, but I couldn't find anything that would explain this behavior. How can I resolve this issue?

If you right click the "small screen" does some menu of options appear?

If you right click an empty area of the desktop are you able to access the GPU's Control Panel via "Show more options".

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model monitor? How connected? Could be a monitor menu function.

If possible take a screenshot of the monitor and camera image.

Right-clicking on the small screen doesn't yield any response, and clicking on the screen itself doesn't change anything either. The only option available in the context menu is 'Nvidia Control Panel.' It's worth noting that this issue occurs on two different monitors. Interestingly, the problem disappeared the last time I updated my graphics card drivers, but it reappeared after I restarted my PC.
