camera resolution 160x120p??

im not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not please put it in the right area, but i have a Microsoft lifecam HD that im trying to use, its quality is below anything ive ever seen in my life all the sudden. when i first installed windows 10, the camera was a bit dated, but still could record in HD, now that ive had windows 10 installed for a while the max resolution available (resolution is locked) is 160x120p/15 fps! i didnt even know you could go that low!!! i cant seem to change any of the settings either. everything is locked for some reason. ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers with no luck on the video/photo quality. anyone else have this issue?

Yes, older ones were that bad.

not this one. its 720P HD. as stated before, on this very computer with this very OS (windows 10) it was full HD now its nearly unusable. as for model number all i can find is "Microsoft lifecam cinema"
