Hello I can’t reset my pc every time I try to reset it a blue screen pops up and it says critical process died I can’t even access cmd from advanced options nor startup repair I did these cmd commands chkdsk, dism, sfc but nothing happened also I tried to change my ram position nothing happened.

Motherboard: MSI X470 gaming plus max
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: MSI RTX 2060 Super
RAM: G.SKILL TRIDENT Z 16gb 3600 (2x8)
SSD: teamgroup 240gb
HDD: WD 1TB
PSU:corsair cx550m

Solution
Can you get into Safe Mode(steps 1~3)? i.e, Troubleshoot>Advanced options>Startup settings

Instead of resetting the PC, why not just reinstall the OS after recreating the bootable USB installer? Speaking of which, what OS are you working with?

Why do you want to do reset?
I tried to change my ram position nothing happened.
Ram modules have to be placed in slots A2 and B2 (2nd and 4th counting from cpu).

Check cpu and gpu temperatures.
Check your ram with memtest86.
Diagnose your storage devices with Hdtune health.
