Can a 400w Corsair PSU run a Radeon 5770?

I've heard that Corsair is a really high quality brand, so i'm planning to replace my 4850 with a 5770. Will my PSU be able to handle the 5770?

Yes it can, even if you are overclocking an i7 CPU.

HD5770 requires lesser power than a HD4850...

400cx will easily run that card without braking a sweat.
Its an awesome PSU

The two heaviest power draws are the CPU and the video card. You can figure 10 amps for the CPU and 6.5 to 8 amps for the 5770. Unless you have a lot of hard drives, you will have plenty of power in reserve.

Corsair rates their PSU's very conservatively. That's why the 400CX is my favorite under 500 watt PSU.

It can easily power that card as well as ones that use significantly more power.
