Can a Coolermaster hyper 212 plus handle 220w tdp Cpu? If not can someone help me find one that can? Air cool would be pref since I'm a bit paranoid about liquid cooling.

No. FX9350 and 9370 needs liquid cooling.

most of the stuff i'm seeing say that cm hyper 212 evo is barely enough for these 220w fx cpus' stock operation. it supports up to 180w cpus afaik. althopugh i haven't found any official claim stating that.
