can a dell optiplex 755 sff use gtx 750 ti?

I have found a graphics card that i want to buy but im not sure if my 280w psu could run it. I think it could because if you look at the reviews people with 240w psu's are using it.

Sorry but your PSU is way to underpowered to run both of these cards. Even if you could, the RAM would prevent from playing modern games. If you have enough cash to buy a 970, you should definitvly throw away the whole build since almost everything in it is outdated.
