I do not have a 4 pin EPS 12V connector and my 8 pin EPS 12V is already in use. Can I use one of the 4 pin molex connectors to supply 4 pin EPS 12V with an adapter?

Solution
+12v is +12v, so yeah. If you get an adapter and make sure the polarity is correct. But be sure the CPU power header doesn't draw more amps than the Molex can safely provide. Usually 11 amp max.

Btw, what type of system do you have that would use the common 4+4 pin CPU power cable for another function?
