I am considering adding some 'buttkickers/bass shakers' to my racing rig. In my current setup doing so might shake/vibrate my monitor. I want to know if vibrations might damage by monitor.

Solution
It shouldn't but if there is a weakness in the build (slightly loose connector or component) vibration is likely to accelerate a failure. As long as every is well built the type of vibration your talking about should be harmless
Unlikely, most damage is due to impacts. theres a good reason LCDs have been used by indusry, the military and even nasa, since they started to become mostly practical (in the late 80s), less prone to viberation, shock and magnetic interferance than CRTs.
