In that case you need to check the PSU as well. OEM ones are usually cheap and low powered, just enough to power the system in it's ex-factory spec. May need to be changed if upgrading the GPU.
yeah if running a OEM PSU we could use some more PSU specs. As stated they tend to not leave you much room to add new parts but sometimes they do so a thorough speccing can help us help you.
