I have joined amazon.in referral program but I want that people from different countries should buy products - like from USA, UK, Australia.
Or can you suggest me that if I can make affiliate program id in amazon.com.

You need to ask amazon. The ads should say where they'll deliver to.

Yes, a person living in the US could shop with Amazon.in but I would just create an Amazon.com affiliate account since it probably has the most users.

Yes i shop through amazon.in while living in USA. But i agree with Sora that you should join amazon.com because it has most number of users
