Can an i5 Kabylake support a gtx1080ti

This is more for interest sake than anything else. I was wondering can my system support a 1080ti or even a titan? Or would it just be a waste because it will bottleneck it.

My system has a i5-7500 (not the K) at 3.4 ghz, msi H110m Pro-VD motherboard and 16 GB of ram.
It would be grate to know.

Yeah should work fine, may bottleneck a bit in some games at 1080p, but if you go 1440p or higher it shouldnt.
