Question Can anyone help me figure out why my pc is stuttering why im playing games

Make & model of mobo?
Any OC's?
What are your temps?
Did it just happen or...?
Whats your PSU? The 1060 is a great GPU.
Newest drivers? Tried older GPU drivers?

i used msi afterburner and played csgo and the temp was in the 50-60c wasnt hot at all. this just started happening like a couple weeks ago, i have the newest drivers on windows and nvidia. My psu is a corsair cx 750
