[SOLVED] Can DeepCool GAMMAXX 400 EX be mounted/installed vertically?

I'm planning to buy a new cpu cooler, the only problem is I'm unsure if this cooler can be mounted vertically since my pc case exhaust is bottom to top

this image shows the same pc case that I am currently using right now and I want to copy the mounting of the cpu cooler.

My motherboard is MSI X570 meg ace amd (AM4 support)

If you look through the cooler's manual;

you're quickly see that the cooler's orientation is going to be one way, with the fans moving air from front to back(ram slot to rear I/O ports) and you can't orient the cooler to have the airflow from bottom to top as your image linked above.

One more thing, the board in the picture is this;

ohhh ok ok, anyways do you happen to know any cpu cooler that can be vertically mounted in AM4 motherboards? my budget is really tight and I can only buy something near 25USD
