Question Can dust kill motherboard?

My pc wasn't turning on so took to my pc vendor he said the motherboard was busted cause of dust that i didn't clean for few months. is that possible?

IMO, dust alone is not the problem. Could dust and high humidity clogged a radiator? Yes. Would the overheating because of that cause problems? Yes. There are LOTS of pictures of super dusty PCs that just work. There are pictures with roach infestations that just work. A "few months" of dust? No, IMO.
