I have a desktop pc. I play lots of COD games, and went to download the latest Sniper game, but didn't have enough memory/space. This is my computer specs:
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 8700 @ 3.20GHz 34 °C
Coffee Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1065MHz (15-15-15-36)
Motherboard
Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. Z390-A PRO (MS-7B98) (U3E1) 33 °C
Graphics
DELL P2213 (1680x1050@59Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (EVGA) 36 °C
Storage
1863GB Seagate ST2000DM006-2DM164 (SATA ) 36 °C
Can I add more memory to this, and if so, how? TIA.

GTX 1080 has 8GB.

HardwareInfo, DXDiag are still 32bit applications it can't see beyond 4GB of VRAM.

Yes, to both, you can add more ram by replacing what you have. Relatively slow at 2133 (1066) as well.

You can add more storage by installing another drive.

It seems you are running only on a hard drive, which is a bit surprising for a system that recent.

You are also running a relatively low resolution screen for a GTX 1080, wasting a lot of the performance capability that card had over the last many years.

Your system does have room for an M.2 NVMe drive, that would certainly make the system faster if you were to move your games to that. But if you are already at 2TB, a 4TB drive is going fairly expensive.

Just adding a 1TB or 2TB drive is fairly straight forward though.

This would plug right into the motherboard above the graphics card.
