can a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB FTW ACX Video Card be put into this pc?

Looks like it has an PCI express slot, so yes you should be able.

But. You will have to open the side and measure for ram clearance, check how many watts that PSU is and also if there is available a 6 pin power connector from it.
