Can I Buy GTX 970?

Solution
for >=1080p I would give up on that low quality build and start over piece by piece as the money comes available. 750ti is a pretty low quality GPU these days.
if you are in a hurry to get it built then just go for it and upgrade as you get more money. but for modern games and those to come, running at 1080p with good settings and getting good frames per second i would suggest:
Z97 motherboard, good i5 CPU, at the very least DDR3 1600 RAM,
GPUs in order of quality: 970 or 290X, 390X, 980

Don't forget you a more powerful CPU like this:

If you can't upgrade the CPU then I would recommend to just get the PSU and upgrade the CPU at a later time when you have the money.
Or get a less powerful GPU.

Also you can buy more RAM later.

It will still bottleneck but not that much.
You could also get an GTX 750 Ti(or R7 360X), which is good for 1080p gaming and will not be that much bottlenecked by that CPU.

You could also get a Pentium G3258 and overclock it.
A 4.0 GHz G3258 can match the fastest i3 CPUs.

If you can't afford the i5-4460 get this:

or this:

If you get the G3258 you probably should OC it and get an CM 212 EVO for cooling.

Also that PSU is enough for the GTX 960.

For 1366x768 a single GTX750 Ti is more than enough, even on ultra settings.(Without MSAA)

Should be around 480€ and be able to play most modern games on High(or Ultra) at your resolution.
You can keep the PSU.
The GTX 750 Ti can handle 1080p gaming on High settings but you can upgrade to a better GPU later.
And with that mobo you'll be able to upgrade to a unlocked CPU like the i5-4690k or the i7-4790k but you'll probably not need it.

If you're gonna play at 1366x768 you don't need a GTX 950 and your current CPU would probably bottleneck it.
If you really want the GTX 950 you can buy only 1 4GB ram module and buy the other later.

Not to mention anything above that would definitely require a power supply upgrade. You could run a 970 on 430W, but that definitely does not mean that you should.

guys well i gonna buy new monitor for 156Euro so i have left 344Euro can you look at this shoop: kilobaitas.lt and say what should i buy to play games (i gonna have 2 monitors 1 with 1366x786 2nd with 1980x1080)
