Can I change C: Drive user name?

So you know how if you go to your C: Drive and then click on Users you can see your user name (most commonly the name of the person using the PC?) Well mine is currently my name with a bunch of numbers after which looks ugly and hurts my OCD, lol. I'll be building a new PC next month. I'll be installing a SSD (I don't have one now). With that being said, since this drive will be my new C drive, will I have the ability to change the username when installing Windows 10 on it to just my name (without all the numbers after it?). Thanks all!
 


I'm sure. I'm talking about if you go to this location:
Local Disk ( C: )>Users>
The name of the folder inside the user folder. Usually the name you assign to yourself. Is that making sense?
 


Also it's the folder in which you have your documents, downloads, desktop, videos, pictures, etc.
 


Ok, I only see my email address (what I use when I sign into Windows 8.1 at startup). Where do I have to go to see the Users folder name?
