[SOLVED] Can I claim warranty on my GPU?

So i think my Colourful GT1030 is faulty, its about 8 months old this is the link https://www.amazon.in/Colorful-Nvidia-GeForce-Graphic-DirectX/dp/B07S8CYC2P but in amazon it says the product is unavailable and i still have 3 years of warranty left. So can i claim warranty even if the GPU is out of stock? PS i live in India

what can happen is they gives u money back if its unrepairable and no other card in stock available

if it warranty, you send them the broken gpu and they test it and if it faulty, they send you another one.

What did Amazons customer service say when you contacted them? I'm guessing in India warranty is provided by the retailer and not the Manufacture? In the US you usually have to contact the manufacture for warranty not the retailer.
