Solution
Your system will down scale the higher frequency RAM to 667MHz. Both will run at same frequency. You can't run 2 sticks at different frequency in one system.
As @Cyberblade says, that should work and run at the lower frequency.

DDR2 RAM has started to get more expensive now though, so just watch how much you have to pay. You *might* be cheaper just getting a DDR3 set, which is guaranteed to work (mix and matching can be a bit of lottery).
For example, $29 gets you a 2x2GB DDR3 kit: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/MtDwrH/mushkin-memory-996573
$50 gets you a 2x4GB DDR3 kit - which according to the mobo specs is supported: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/jHkD4D/kingston-memory-kvr16n11s8k28

Whether you actually need 8GB RAM on a computer that old is another question, but it's possible at least.
