Can i combine rigid acyrlic tubing and flexible tubing?

I want to combine the both so i use the acylric for some places in my loop and the flexible one when i need to connect the loop to a reservoir which is trickier.
Can i do this?

Absolutely, the fittings are different though, you'll just use a barb or compression fitting for the flex and rigid connectors for the rigid bits!
