[SOLVED] Can I connect my headphones to the green Front-out at the back of the Motherboard?

I'm having problems with headphone jack at the front of the case, where it disconnects a lot! it is so annoying! I tried it once, it worked. I am just afraid it will fry up my headphones.

Wont be an issue, its just sending audio signal, not power
