Can I Connect Xbox To a PC

Sometime am very busy to open my tv and it would take a lot of time to do that.. so am asking can i just hook up the 360 with my pc ( acting as tv ) ??? my max pc resolution is 1366X780 with 15.6 inch screen, thnx a lot
