I was wondering if there were any websites where i could custom build my own laptop. First, starting off with a shell and a display, then moving on to whatever components I choose such as whatever Motherboard & CPU; AMD (don't know what the newest & best one is) or Intel (would be the 7th Gen,) graphics cars (would be NVidia from past experience,) sound cars or integrated soundcard (Soundblaster is what I always used,) etc...

I use to build my own desktops since I was 14. Did that for 10 years up to around 24. Well I'm about to be 32. From 25 years old to last year, I've been running my first & only laptop and a pretty damn good one at that till the screen went out; ASUS ROG G73SW. Bought it in late 2011 for a nice $2k.

That laptop would smoke any laptop even today. Quad Core Intel Processor, 8Gb of DDR3, NVidia GTX Graphics Card with 4Gb onboard DDR5 memory, 1080p screen, Blu-Ray Drive, 2 USB 3.0 Slots, etc.. thing eas just massive. 17.3" screen. If I went anywhere, the charging adapter had to come with it. Hour tops.

Would handle any game I through at it hooked up to my Denon AVR-791 AVR, 7.1 surround sound racing around in my Playseat Racing Chair & a very hard to find steering wheel, gear shifter & petal combo that would all be 3 separate components, vibrate & the hardest function; a 3 petal system; aka a clutch... racing along infront of my Samsung 50" LED DLP that's still working & looking amazing today, although it's time for a 4k 60" Samsung.

I like some of these laptops, but I'm honestly not a gamer. I kept trying to be one, but just got bored with it.

Noe I just want a nice laptop with an amazing display, plenty of processing power, onboard Graphics Ram with a powerful GPU, 16GB of fast RAM, more than 1 USB 3.0, A/C 2.4/5.0Ghz WiFi, 4k Reader would be nice simply because my PS4 (my expensive [at the time $400] Blu-Ray & video streaming console,) 1TB HD, etc..

But most of what I eant, means ya got to buy an expensive gaming laptop, but I simply don't game. I just have 3 browsers open at the same time with about 50-100 tabs open at once lol

Solution
Pretty much no.
Laptops are NOT standardized like desktop are. There is no 'ATX' for laptops.

Just starting with the case...they are all different.
