I am not able to remove the motherboard of my Asus Vivobook N752VX laptop.
I have unscrewed every visible screw and I'm able to sort of lift it but it still won't budge.I was able to remove a good chunck of components (HDD, SSD, RAM, battery, cd drive, etc). My goal was to detatch the keyboard component.

Are you able to edit or otherwise indicate on the photo where the motherboard seems to be "stuck"?

Likely a hidden screw or two. Probably under a sticker or label as a means for manufacturers to determine unauthorized, warranty voiding maintenance/repairs.
