I am wondering how difficult it is to take my current system and use all the components except replace the motherboard and case? Is that possible? My reason for doing this is I bought an Oculus Quest 2 and the USB 3 type C port seems to not work (with either the Link cable or the charger cable). It gets power through the port but does not make the connection otherwise.
Alternatively, would a hub/adapter work or does that diminish the data transfer?
