HHD = WD blue 1tb at £53.60

SSD = Samsung 250 GB 860 EVO Sata III 64L V NAND Solid State Drive
ram =Corsair (2x4gb)ddr4 2400MHZ at £53.70

PSU = asonic SSR-650FX FOCUS Plus Gold 650W (80+Gold, ATX 12V) PSU £90

CPU= Ryzen 5 2600 £149

CPU cooler = Arctic Freezer 33 Esports one £32.15

Motherboard = Gigabyte B450M DS3H £66

GPu = rx vega 56 at £278
There's really not much I would change. You could lower the price by using the stock Wrath Stealth cooler but your better off with that Arctic as the stock "stealth" cooler is quite loud. I saw that the GTX 1660 Ti is a bit cheaper and would allow you to get...

I saw that the GTX 1660 Ti is a bit cheaper and would allow you to get the Seasonic Focus Gold 550W instead if that saves you money but the FPS difference between the two can go from 5 FPS to 20 FPS difference.

One thing that is a must with Ryzen and needs to be changed is your memory, the difference between 2400 & 3200mhz can be a 20 FPS difference so investing that money is well worth it. If it came down to Vega 56 + 2400 +650W or 1660 ti +3200+550W I'd take the 1660 ti+3200+550W for the lower power draw and possible better price.
