Hello! My Hard Drive (C: thingy) is almost full. Can I just add a new hard drive in my computer with the other one? Please excuse my ignorance. :bounce:

You just have to pay attention to what goes where.

Yes of course you can. I have 7 in one of my computers.

If your C drive is full then you most likely have a lot of personal files (pictures/music/video) that you can then move to the other second drive.
You should also download and run CCleaner to clear out all of the junk system files, cached files, temp internet files and recycle bin.
You should also go through your downloads folder and clear out what you don't need.

Just doing thos last 2 things could clear anywhere from 4 to 30 GB from a system

Can you give us the specs of your current system. You know the Name brand, model number.

Normally there shouldn't be any issue, you just need to install the drive and connect it to one of the free Sata ports on the motherboards and plug your power supply into it. Check in BIOS to see it is there then go into the Windows System management then disk management to add the drive there and format it.
