Can i insert gtx 960 with outdated psu?

Can i insert gtx 960 on H61M-S1 mobo? Psu is outdated ( techno 450 20+4 pin )
I just want to know can i put 960 with that psu?
Other's in my pc:
Pentium 3 cpu
8gb ddr3 1333mhz ram

Its sketchy, If there's no dedicated 6/8 pin pci-e connector, you'd need a multi molex to pci-e adapter. A evga 500 B is cheap and ensures stable performance.

The PSU you currently have could destroy your components if you attack the GTX 960 to it, cheap psu like this arent really meant for dedicated cards. I would say buy a new PSU for the long run, the EVGA 500B that jwcrellin suggested above is a good low cost option, but i recommend spending a bit more and get a higher quality components, that way your PSU will last till when you want to replace your CPU, Mobo and Ram.
