I have been wanting to upgraded to CPU water cooling for a while. And I have finally found the water cooler I want to buy. But will the dual 120mm fan radiator fit in the front of my NZXT H2 case where the intake fans are?

Solution
Hi TommyRiley,

I wouldn't install the radiator in the front, those front intake fans are meant to bring air into your case to cool your components. As for the radiator fitting in the front, my guess would be no. There isn't much space between the front of the case to where the HDD cage is, most radiators are a tad bulky. I would suggest finding one that is a single fan radiator so you can mount it in the back.

It's fairly established that having an intake with a radiator rarely affects cooling, especially if you use some quality fans like EK Vardars.

having radiator as intake will run the cpu cooler BUT heat up the interior of your case and all components in it as it will dump all of the heat inside the case onto gpu/motherboard/hdd/ssd/psu etc

Yes which will have a minimal effect as long as the rear fan is an exhaust.

What single fan radiator CPU cooler would you recommend? 120mm fans
