can i install gtx 970 on Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 and green 580w and P5Q3 Deluxe ?

Main Goal : getting 30 FPS from witcher 3 on high or ultra with 1920 * 1080 Res
Budget : enough for buying a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 WindForce 3X OC 4GB
Current Problem ? : i need to know if my current build , power , motherboard and ... can handle a 970, and specifically the model mentioned above (because different brands for 970 requires different power and ...) and if not what do you suggest

My current Build :
OS : Windows 7 64 bit
SSD : evo samsung 120 (for windows + a few HDDs)
Ram : 7 GB (1x4GB + 3x1GB)
CPU : Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700
MotherBoard : P5Q3 Deluxe Rev 1.xx
VGA : 5770 AMD
PC Age : about 4-5 Year
Power : 580 Green

I would certainly reccomend getting a better cpu mobo setup and I'm not sure that mobo even has gen 3
