Can I install Windows 10 on a partition and have it running through Linux as a Virtual Machine?

No. But if you install virtual machine software on Linux, you can have it run as a VM there.

Ah ok. And if I want to revert back to just using Windows as the OS, could I do that easily or would I have to reinstall?
