Can I keep PC plugged into wall near mini fridge?

So my PC is plugged into a wall, and on the same wall I have a mini fridge plugged in, but in a different outlet. Every time the fridge stops its cooling or whatever, it makes a noise then I hear a short pop in my headset, probably due to an increase in electricity being pulled? Not sure. It's been this way for a few months with no issues, but is it bad to have this setup?

Solution
It's not ideal, I would recommend finding a different solution if possible. If you can't make it work any other way, then I don't think you should worry too much, I would just keep a surge protector between your pc and the wall outlet, but I would recommend that for any setup.

I have it that way currently. I have some cheap surge protector plugged into the wall and my PC plugged into the surge protector, with the mini fridge plugged into a different outlet. Would a stronger surge protector be necessary?
