[SOLVED] Can I OC the ram with I3 10100f

I am having I3 10100f and know that with new B560 intel chipset I can OC the ram to 3600Mhz but not all the motherboards do that
So which one of these motherboards can OC the ram speed with i3 10100F?
Asus prime h560M-K
ASRock B560M Pro4
Msi B560M A Pro
And Is Asrock motherboards are good??

Asus MoBo supports RAM speeds up to 5000 Mhz, AsRock up to 4600 Mhz and MSI up to 5200 Mhz.

If you want to be absolutely sure, look MoBo memory QVL list and buy the exact same RAM model as it is listed in there to work at 3600 Mhz.

And Is Asrock motherboards are good??

There are some good AsRock MoBos out there. But overall, i'd go with Asus or MSI.

But it's not only the CPU that uses RAM. The rest of the components, namely GPU can utilize much faster RAM.

Best example would be my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), where i have i5-6600K. That CPU has native RAM speed at 2133 Mhz,

However, i'm running 3000 Mhz RAM.

(DRAM frequency at 1500 but with DDR aka Double Data Rate, real frequency is 3000 Mhz.)

Sure, CPU still uses RAM at 2133 Mhz but the rest of my components use it at 3000 Mhz.
This is so with all CPUs, where MoBo supports faster speeds than what CPU natively supports.

That's not, how it works.
System ram doesn't run at different frequencies for different tasks.
If it is 3000mhz, then it is 3000mhz all the time.
