[SOLVED] Can I overclock locked i3 9100f from bios?

I know i3 9100f is locked processor but still i wanted to try to overclock from bios or something...
I have asrock B365 hdv..

Nothing substantial, waste of time.

Might they be able to just lock all cores to turbo? That would be kind of worth it but I'm guessing might need a Z-board.

Only thing you can really do with locked bios/cpu combos is BCLK OC. Which really doesn't add much overall, but can seriously mess with everything as its a Buss clock oc.
