can i overclock my gpu?

Solution
Every modern GPU can be overclocked, in theory. In practice, depends heavily not only on model but even more on given unit. That said, the link shows me a Zotac made GPU with only one fan, so I don't think you can get it faster that it already is.

Solution
the 7 series uses boost, so just install afterburner, unlink power/temp sliders and max them.
card will now clock to (almost) max clocks allowed for the chip (within Nv limits) without trouble...

dl afterburner and install without RTSS stat server.
reboot and go to settings and change user interface to default v3 skin.
unlink the power/temp sliders, and put priority to temps. hit apply.
now max both sliders, and the card will clock to max possible (within Nv limits).hit apply.
save in one of the profiles on the left lower hand.
if you want you cant have afterburner start with windows and automatically apply oc.
the card will still clock down when not gaming...

do NOT add voltage, as the cards will only gain min clocks beyond stock V.
