Can i overclock my r7 1700x on asus B350m-a

I have a cpu r7 1700x but i do not know how to OCing my cpu on that mobo?
Whether it can be overclocked on that mobo?

It can be OCed but how much is another question that depends on many factors.

I doubt that, better VRM is needed.

yeah, you can overclock on that motherboard. But remember ryzen dont oc that well. If you are lucky with that chip, then you will be able to hit a stable 4.0 Ghz or else better leave at stock clocks.
