can i overclock my RAM to 1600 mhz ??? ATHLON II X2 270

i have 2x4gb 1600 RAM and my motherboard supports 1600 mhz but i don't know if my CPU can,
here are SPECS of my CPU ,(please help, i can't understand some of them).

now im running auto at 533 mhz ddr_1066 and the timing is 7-7-7-19 and 1.46v
in the bios when i go to the frequency option i can see 800mhz ddr_1600
so if i see it like that can i run it at 1600 mhz ? correct me if im wrong.
so After all that details MY QUESTIONS ARE :

can i overclock my RAM to 1600 mhz ???
Whats the best TIMINGS and VOLTAGE for 1600mhz ??

If your MB allows O/C'ing the memory to 1600 MHZ, yes. But the memory controller being on the processor is limited to 1067 MHZ on that Athlon II X2 270. So you will be taking it beyond its safe capabilities. Do it at your own risk.
