[SOLVED] Can I overclock this CPU on this motherboard?

Hello guys, for ages I have wondered if I can actually overclock (and how?) this old generation CPU. I would love to get some newbie-friendly guidance as I am not really much versed with computers and hardware in general . Here is the CPU and motherboard:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
Motherboard: A780L M2L+
Code name: Brisbane

As there are no heatsinks, for the voltage regulation modules, I wouldn't do it. It will probably kill that old board.

Damn. Okay thanks a lot, as I am getting a new rig soon finally after 10 years, I just wanted to make sure if I can do one final push of this ancient rig, but now my soul is in peace after knowing that all these years even if I wanted, I couldn't overclock. Thanks a lot buddy.
