Can I overclock this setup?

Hi, I was wondering on what I can overclock and of how high I can overclock it to. I'm not a hardware guy, I'm a software guy but I'm trying to learn. Thanks!

Motherboard: MSI MS-7641
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Procssor: AMD FX-4300 Quad=Core 3.8GHz
Memory: 8GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 200

Yea, I was in a bit of a rush and I just noticed I forgot the full motherboard, and a bunch of other stuff. But as I researched a bit more I found out that I could Overclock. Thanks for your time!
